Weber Communities That Care (Weber CTC) is excited to announce the launch of a new social media campaign focused on positive norming—a movement to highlight and celebrate the good things our teens are doing every day. The campaign, created locally and featuring students from Weber High School, shines a light on kindness, respect, and the positive choices young people are making in their schools and neighborhoods.
Too often, the focus is placed on what’s going wrong. Weber CTC wants to flip that script. This campaign encourages teens to recognize the positive actions already happening around them and to keep building each other up. Whether it’s volunteering, supporting a friend, excelling in class, or just showing up with a good attitude, these everyday moments matter.
By sharing real stories and photos of Weber High students, the campaign reminds us that positivity is powerful—and contagious. When young people see their peers doing good things, it inspires others to follow their lead.
Weber CTC’s goal is simple: to strengthen our community by promoting connection, compassion, and confidence among teens. The more we highlight the positive, the more it grows.
Keep an eye out for the posts on social media, and join the conversation by sharing your own positive moments using the campaign hashtag #ConnectedForChange. Together, we can help make our community an even better place—one positive post or action at a time.
