WHO WE ARE
THe Weber Communities That Care Coalition
Weber CTC works to prevent youth substance use and suicide across the Weber Cone. Our coalition brings together parents, grandparents, religious leaders, school personnel, law enforcement, local government, youth, healthcare workers, and youth-serving organizations — all working from the same evidence-based playbook.
We serve the Weber School District boundaries drawn for Weber High School — known locally as the Weber Cone.

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
The Social Development Strategy (SDS) provides the foundation for all of the work we do at Weber CTC. SDS is the evidence based practice of equipping members of the community with skills, providing opportunities for them to apply the skills, and recognizing them for the job well done.
